      I'll assume it's the HM for Gasparilla? Hopefully flat course will give you some leeway either way, great place to be in February

    I hate the treadmill. Had to walk a few seconds after every mile just so I wouldn't lose my mind. Plus I forgot my hat so my hair drove me insane.

      Thanks! I wasn't too disappointed or at least not beating myself up over the time. It was by far my easiest marathon to date (even with the hip pain) so that means I am getting stronger :)

      Thanks! My muscles have been a little tender so that doesn't help matters. I go for my massage on Tuesday which I am hoping works out the kinks. All that is left now is to trust the training and hope for the best.

    Well that sucked. Ugh. Stupid snow. Bagged my 16-18 when the conditions got nasty since cold/sickness prevention is my main goal when I only have 3 weeks until show time.
