    great Tuesday Night Track Workout 3 mi

    Warmup/Cooldown & 2 x 1 mile repeats at 5K pace. The coach asked me to try to do about 7:20 pace. I did my first mile in 7:26 and my second in 7:38. Then ran 800m at 3:50.

    Took a few days off this past week because I was feeling burnt out. This morning's run was awesome! Felt fast and strong. Amazing what a little rest and a few good meals can do.

    Tuesday Night Track Workout 4 mi

    Went to my first GBTC track workout last night. 8 x 200 with 200m rest; half mile warm up & cool down. The coach is awesome and I'm really looking forward to gaining some speed this summer!

    Went out although I had a headache and a stomach ache ... didn't last too long. Saving myself for 14 and 10 mile runs this weekend instead. No watch today for a change though!

    3 miles on the schedule .... feeling kinda tired so used it as a recovery/easy on the legs day.

    1 mile warmup, then 6 miles which were supposed to be at goal marathon pace (9:00), but I was feeling pretty fantastic so they were at 8:35 average pace. Pretty happy with today's run!
