    I definitely need to get to the gym every morning and try to get running and then continue running for a longer period of time. I'm doing walk for 2 min then jog for 2 then walk jog for 3, etc... read more

      I have but it's hard to run here in NY when it's so gross with the weather lately. Plus I am getting myself in shape too. I am out of shape. I know if I can go everyday to the gym and do at least 45 min or more of cardio, I'll be OK! I am looking forward to when it starts to get nice out and I can try running outside. Thanks for the support!

      I know, the winters are really hard to run through--I do about 1/2-3/4 treadmill and only about 1/4 outdoors!
