    it's coming back to me! and this was AFTER I worked out for an hour!

    1% incline. 4 sessions of 7 minute runs (with walking between). I AM PUMPED!!! Made it past my mental block! Works out to be about a 15 minute mile. I am proud of that!

      not a bad idea to work on an incline, they say it prepares you better for outside running!

    ran more than walked. Didn't give up like I wanted to - and THAT makes me feel GREAT! (we'll see how I feel about it tomorrow)

      sounds like you're doing fine. Every other day is probably a realistic plan, depends on how much walking or other activity you were doing before. If you are truly sore or tired, throw in an extra rest day or cut back the mileage. You're doing great!!

    intervals of walk 4 run 1. wasn't feeling it today. Had to take longer time walking between, but did the same number of run cycles. Ugh

    upped my time to running 4 minutes at a time with 1 minute in between. Legs are starting to rebel!
