      It's hard. The dr said if I feel sore my muscles are over worked and maybe back off a bit. However I've heard from some women that it will always be like that :-/. I'll have to pay better attention.

      Yep. I had 3 different healing experiences from all 3 c-sections. Hemorrhaged with the 3rd, possibly from doing too much too soon. Had to back off a little. Finally felt normal after 4 months of running. So happy for you for jumping back!

    Walk 5/ run 1 ... For 20 min incline was 3% w/ walk @ 3mph and run @ 5mph. 5 min incline at 5% speeds the same. Surprised I did it. 30 sec felt impossible last week. Yay.
