It's hard. The dr said if I feel sore my muscles are over worked and maybe back off a bit. However I've heard from some women that it will always be like that :-/. I'll have to pay better attention.

Yep. I had 3 different healing experiences from all 3 c-sections. Hemorrhaged with the 3rd, possibly from doing too much too soon. Had to back off a little. Finally felt normal after 4 months of running. So happy for you for jumping back!

3% incline entire time; walk 5 min (3mph)/ run 30 sec (5mph)
I really haven't been feeling good but we are flying tomorrow and I wanted some exercise. I was uncomfortable (I've had a cough) but I found a rhythm.
just couldn't get up this morning. Didn't have time for this but did it anyway. 3min wu/cd and 1:1 in between with a 1% incline 3.5mph/4.5mph
great job!

second run at walk 4:run 2. Not positive on mileage because watch didn't pick up satellite for first 10 min. 2 more like this then moving forward. Starting over is nice but frustrating.
Keep your head up! It will come in time!
