      Sinus infections are no fun. I use a neti pot for allergies and sinus issues, which seems to help.

  3. 30 min. weight workout and 40 min yoga conditioning....I just realized today how many of these yoga conditioning poses are also found in Insanity....Pretty Cool! :)
