  3. RUN
good landa- guada comal - washingt... 9 mi

good run w/ Heather but very humid. completely soaked afterward. really hoping this training is extra conditioning w/ our crazy heat & humidity. i should be primed for Fall!

Hey girl! I wish I could tell you the formula, but I didn't have one. It was just kinda my day. 50 degree start was a huge help, along w/ my Garmin quit working a couple of months ago. I have been pushing the pace on my base miles for sure but not able to analyze data. I started pushing pace on shorter runs & races in the fall & I guess it's just paid off. I also ran Austin full, so I think mentally coming off a full, a 1/2 is so much easier. :) And I went out today w/o a goal bc it's super hilly.

No, those are from the race we ran last year to raise $ for an adoptive family. Dawn Lindley has designed a GREAT shirt for this year, and I think we're gonna love them! Would love to run w/ you someday - though I don't think I could keep up - ha! :)
