    Spent most of my time today at the gym on the treadmill. Hoping to do well on our "Relay for Life" team.

    Great!! Adding in the treadmill on Wednesday and added more time to the elliptical today. Sure feels good.

    Did great on the elliptical today. Bike too, will be going up in time and level again on Monday.

    Bike and elliptical and I added more time on the bike today. I also am going to add time on the elliptical this week, I am feelin it!!!

    My stupid flat feet, sometimes where my arch should be cramps up and it did this morning on the bike but I finished my time anyway.
