    We did run/row for 30mins with elevation gains/lows then strength core exercises for 30mins. (I had to start off with the core this morning).

    Met Jean at 6am to run a loop around the lake. I had to walk a few mins due to some lower back weird-ness, but felt better after stretching when we were done.
