    Did a sets of squats, single squats and lunges to prep & strengthen my knees for Saturday's marathon for about 20-30mins.

    Nice and easy run from Emeryville Marina to GG fields, then ran back to University (walk/bike bridge) to 4th Street.... crossed Ashby and met C at work on 63rd.

    Jog-walked 8-rounds of the cascade steps to help strengthen my left knee. I also did 1-rep of 10 squats at rounds 2, 4, 6, 8.
