    Taper run... took is slow as my left hamstring started cramping around mile 7 - most likely due to a little dehydration since it was warm and we only had 1 water (mile 3.5 and 7) to the end.

      I've found deadlifts at the gym and LOTS of hamstring stretching helps immensely with my knee pain!

      Thanks Anya! I'll definitely try the hamstring stretches, but not sure about deadlifts since I'm not part of a gym anymore.
