    I think I ran a little faster than I should have since I had to take a couple walk breaks and pretty much walked the last half mile home. I really need to work on my breathing (fundamentals again!).

    Nice and SLOW steady run with Elaine... steady rain during our run kept us cool, but then drenched us during our last mile so we cut our run a couple miles shorter.
