    Surprising time especially since I literally walked at least 3 or 4 minutes. I think my mile time has definitely decreased, but I need to get my aerobic capabilities up there to match.

    I bummed my knees out pretty badly on the run. Hadn't had a dedicated long run in two weeks. My mistake. It hurt but I finished.

    Had to modify my route when I found that the Minuteman trail did not have lights on at night and made a pit stop to see friends. Clocked my mile time about 10 - 10:30 miles. Woo!

    Felt a big sluggish miles 1-3 due to the FREEZING temperatures at 17 degrees. Warmed up after mile 4 and finished super strong. Listening to This American Life really makes the time fly by.
