good Strength Training w/ Coach Phil 01:00

Got up this morning despite getting woken up with a massive cramp in my right calf to make it to my last strength training class for a week or so. Could still feel the tightness in my calf but all in all had a great workout.
Might be my last workout for the week since snow is coming which means I will be working all weekend, yipeeee!
