After sitting on the bike for over 2 hours I was ready remove my rear from the saddle and put on my running shoes. Was a little nervous about the run as this was the longest I had been in the saddle before a brick but once again I was pleasantly surprised.... Bricks are getting easier every time I do them. I am not saying running in general is getting easier but my legs aren't cramping up like they did the first time!
I am slowly getting the confidence I need for my first triathlon on the 27th :)

You looked great out there on that brick! You should have no problems at your first tri!

Thanks Sarah... I am definitely feeling a lot stronger on my bricks, I just wish I felt that good on my runs on Thursday :( I am glad you were able to get out there and pound the pavement without your knee giving you too much pain!!!! :)
