Brick #2 1.5 mi 00:15 10:03 pace

Joined up with some of the ladies for a nice run following the bike. Was a little nervous as my previous brick was terrible, but this time I was pleasantly surprised with how much easier this one was. My legs felt pretty good and relaxed and were ready for a little slow running action. Having a good brick definitely gave me a little more confidence that I am going to be able to do this whole triathlon thing :)
