Not much to say.... legs are still pretty tight and tired from my hard workouts this weekend but felt good to get some strength training in... did 40 minutes of strength and 10 minutes of good old fashion stretching which felt awesome!!!

You should check into getting Patrick Burns to stretch you out. It's an awesome feeling, and when you leave a session it feels like your legs are brand new. A good massage would also be nice. Unfortunately, all of these aren't cheap. I'd start with the stretching session. Patrick's business is called Motion Momentum.
