Holy cow my legs are tired and feel like they weigh twice my body weight :( tired to run as much of the 3 miles as possible but I definitely had some good walking time in there but I was determined not to quit! Hoping one day I will not despise running so much :/

Try running when your legs are fresh. I think everyone would hate it if they did bricks and ran again the day after a brick. I'm no running coach, but I ran cross-country in high school and college. So if you have questions, I may be able to help. No promises though.

Well I wish I was able to take a day off after doing a break however my training plan with Endorphin is telling me otherwise so in order to stay on schedule with my plan I will continue to run the day after bricks no matter how much I hate it :(
