    Morning ice. Started slow and then cranked out some hard work on jumps, spins and footwork. Such a good morning.

    Went pretty slow, but ran a solid 30 minutes with no breaks. Then some weights.

    So great to stretch my legs in warmer weather, but snow on a portion of the trail slowed me down quite a bit. So it goes.

    didn't have a lot of time in the morning so did 10 minutes of cardio curl (abs) and ran around the rink a few times that night.
