    Decided to do the treadmill this morning instead of the bike, and put in some distance. Felt pretty good, considering my knee

    First walk outside in what seems like forever! It was nice out, the knee didn't fail me (good drugs), but not our best time :(

    Went well - knee is still sore, but did a 12 minute assessment workout, and then kept going for an additional 8 minutes to round out to a total of 20.
