    Felt great except for sore on the top of my toes where the boot creases. The last couple of kilometres were tough due to that. Also, very hungry but the end.

      I have found that I start to dought myself and hate the training when my nutrition is off. If I get negative a choclote gu ussually works. Ideally if I am on with the nutrition I can stay positive.

    Great on the way out. did 4K in under 24 min. Then turned around into the wind and slowed right down. Walked/jogged after 5.26K mark. Really tried legs!
