      TY! I am trying! I struggle with pushing through and not giving up. This one I had a lot of side cramps....So Hoping my next one will be a lil better...wanting to do a 5k tomorrow, since I am no longer in the race for the cure. I am going to time myself and set my own PR...something to work towards. We will see :-)

      You are doing GREAT! Hardest part of running is the mental aspect. It is easy to say This is to hard! OR I cant do this!

      TIP - If you get a side stitch - take a deep breath in, and exhale when the leg on the OPPOSITE side of the cramp is landing. So if your cramp is on your left side, exhale when your right foot is landing! Do this multiple times in a row - It seems to work wonders for me! :)

    So I did a good mix of run and walk tonight. Probably my best mix I have done...How ever I wimped out and probably could have done more than 1 mile. Oh well tomorrow Is a new day.
