I'm not happy with the overall time, but considering the heat any my ankle I'll take it. All through my training my pace has been on target but I knew within the first mile of the race that this one would be slower. After mile 8 leg cramps set in and my ankle was on fire--same issue I had six months ago for the WHM, which means I need to see a doctor.
