      I walked out for a cup of coffee at 8 and thought to myself "so happy i'm not running in this!". So impressed you were able to get 8 miles done in this heat!

    Super easy super slow run with my uncle. Good to get out with him - he hadn't been running much so we went really easy. Felt good not to push so much. could have run for hours at that pace.
