      Thanks, Erin! We rode 47 miles that day.... And I slowed down, felt horrible, and bonked! I am pretty happy with today's ride because I felt good and strong the whole time- I even considered continuing. I'm still slow, but I will take the progress! :)

      Erin, we wanted to, but apparently their morning masters group is full and has a significant waiting list. So- I think we are also going to check out the masters group at UNM. Derek really liked having a coach help him out, and I wouldn't mind having someone figure out swim workouts for me!
