Due to last week's suck-tastic mileage, I have some ground work to make up if I'm going to meet my #100milesinMay goal. With the gorgeous weather we are having I took it outside this morning for a quick 4 miler around the 'hood. It actually felt really good and I, shockingly, saw some of my old pace on the run!! I was runnning 9:40s!! Woot! I took a couple of really short walk breaks to get my HR down and catch my breath but a super, super run overall.
