    Taking it easy. My knees still feel wobbly after 10 on Saturday. 3 tomorrow, then 7 on Saturday, then next week it's time to build again.

    Worst run ever? Tired, hot, ab cramps (again) and sweat running in my eyes. Had to stop and walk a few times because of the cramps. I need to learn to be a better morning runner!
