    Very torturous 2.5 miles, didn't even want to run .5 more to make it three...so funny how that happens after running a 20 miler.

    Got to run the 10K with Kristin and enjoy the lovely scenery at Thacher, two great lookouts on the course, and ran on some trails that I haven't been on before!
