      Thanks ladies. The plan was to run the whole distance this time, and it didn't happen. I made the mistake of forgetting I'd scheduled a session with the trainer last night, and he killed my legs. Barely able to walk was not a great way to start the race that was supposed to be the culmination of the last 12 weeks of my 5K plan. I'm going to give it another go next week though. Not defeated, just sore! Haha
