I'm glad I wasn't the only one feeling the heat this morning. I could totally feel a difference in my running today compared to last weekend (when it was 20 degrees cooler). I'm so ready for Fall I can't stand it!!

Haha, glad to know it isn't just me. I can't wait for the weather to cool down. Summers in Florida are wretched. This week is an "easy week", so I only have to cover two miles today. Maybe things will cool off next week when I have to get back to pushing distances?

We can only hope! I have been getting up at 5 am to get my long runs in on Saturday mornings and I have had enough! Fingers crossed for cooler weather! 3.1 is great in this mess!
