    First ride this year! I stopped riding November to try to fix my hip--then traveling for work and holidays, then got sick. So it's been a while. I will order a new bike computer today.

    Knee is still messed up when I walk. But I think it has to due with my arches and walking on the outside of my foot more lately. I needed to rush today so I took the bike instead of the bus.

    didn't get home 'til 10pm. we were celebrating some work successes. it was a gorgeous night ride. knee still tweaked. it felt worse, but i am not losing hope.
