  1. Been sick. Wheezing and gunk in my lungs. Have taken the last 1.5 weeks off. I am going to keep waiting til I am 100%. I like not training for anything. The guilt of missing workouts (well commutes) is gone!

      I'm so jealous of your being able to commute by bike and ferry. Maybe I'll look into that as summer hits us here, it's only 19 miles each way to work.

      Good job making the ferry! I'm always afraid of forgetting clothes at home. I think students might not take me seriously if I taught lab in bike tights.....

    My light broke (wire wore apart) for the last 2.5mi, so I carefully rode home. Felt much better than yesterday!

    And now to fix my light.

    Ran trails with bf. Still sore from the Thursday run. I am out of town this week for a conference so my bikes will all be runs.

    The commute. Legs still drained and more-so after my run. Did it all though, and I am pleased with myself.

    Ran with a group of people from work. It was rumored that they run 8:30s, but I think the sun and stress pushed the pace. Mile 2 was 7:45. We went on a great route that I hope to do again. When I recover. Phew.
