Great long run today. The "Coach" ran with me for the first 5 past the Santa Monica Pier and then I picked up the pace. Felt super duper today and excited to be on track for a <4 marathon on 3/20.

    Candace: no, i didn't run around the golf course. I ran from MDR over to the SM Pier, then to San Vicente along Pacific, then just up San Vicente until I hit my 10 mile point, which was National and then back around. It was a nice change
