My old friend, speed, checked in today! WEEEEEEE. My garmin is downstairs, but the first mile was around 9:30? something, then I went for it on the second mile and noticed I was edging down from 8:50 to closer to 8:30, so I just told myself I'd keep it there until mile 3. When I got to mile 3, things were going well so I just kept the pace around 8:30 and finished it around 8:20. Awesome run. Happy to have some speed back after only 6 weeks back running
