    Steady 2 miles @6.6 treadmill. Nearing end of chest cold...was able to run non-stop, but got quite heated towards end.

    1 mile run intervals (9:34/mile) (x4) with 0.25 mile walk recovery (x4). Still fighting chest cold, so intervals were all I could do to not hack up a lung!
