    Freezing cold wind chill that fortunately didn't bother me too much til the last mile. Felt strong in the hills. Nice to go back to one of my favorite trails.

    Pyramid workout with TRX deep row, kettlebell swings, and push ups. Made it up to 20, so easily did over 200 of each. Pretty much got to the point of exhaustion.
