    Great PT! benched 95lbs 5x unassisted, for those of you unfamiliar that is the bench barbell 45lbs and a 25lb plate on each side. My goal is 125...strong momma!!

    Excellent upper body day. Benched 85lbs unassisted 8x, 2x with 2 finger spot. Today was muscle failure day, all sets 3x, with weight heavy, lighter then lightest, man they burn!

      Thanks guys, I was hoping that maybe it would get better as time went on, here I am Sunday and nope, definitely NOT better. I'm more bummed about giving up my Seawheeze entry in Vancouver BC. No more long distance running is okay with me, I've had quite the injuries with running the past 2 years & now realize it isn't for me!

      Shara, I won't know till Friday what he wants to do, meniscus issues will always give you more problems, very hard to heal.

      Once I'm cleared from the dr. I'm still going to run but I really think spin is my thing. It isn't as hard on my body as running is. Now that I know what I need to do for my foot, I'm hoping there will be minimal injuries

      Cycling is awesome Dara...you should look into a bike and ride outside, maybe not in your heat, but when it cools down. I love my bike and after talking to my doctor today, I have a feeling my bike and I will become a lot closer friends!
