great Dog walk 1.5 mi

Decided to bag my run today. Legs are very tight, and I don't think skipping a 3M tempo run is going to be a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Will do an easy 2-3M tomorrow, then that is IT :-)

    Nope, not a big deal. You can't rest too much during taper. You're going to have a great race! Someone in my running group mentioned that there is a half in Newburyport this weekend. Out of curiosity why'd you choose bay state instead of your super local race?
