Another rainy day, another TM run. Blah. BUT, it seemed to go quickly, so it really wasn't that bad. Mile 1 w/u @ 9:07, then started mile 2 @ 8:49 and hit the + every .50 mi or so until I finished @ 7:30. Some quick strength work after (seated row & lat pulldowns). Also did a little shopping at REI to get a new long sleeve tech shirt for my Half (in obnoxious fluorescent green), and a Brooks running cap that was on sale- sweet!
