2 weeks till Baystate! This is my first 11 miler of 2012...hard to believe. Injuries and setbacks suck & killed my mojo at times this year, but not looking back any more, only forward. Tried to keep the pace slightly faster, figured it was my last attempt on a long training run to do so. Next week's 12 I'd like to stay closer to LSD pace and save my legs. Weather, by the way, was perfect. 48 degrees @ sunrise, I hit oceanfront at the 10K mark= pure running JOY. And still wearing shorts :-)

Felt awesome, until the last .20 uphill, where it felt like I was crawling (and probably looked that way too). 9:20, 9:07, 8:49, 8:35, 8:34, 8:40, 8:38, 8:39, 8:38, 8:33, 8:39, 8:45 (last .20).
