3rd day in a row on the dreadmill due to crap weather. Blech. The only thing that helped move this along was to keep pushing the pace so I could be DONE. Began @9:22 and ended @8:00.
First half: 27:30 (9:10 avg)
Second half: 25:20 (8:26 avg)


that is the nice thing about the 'mill - being able to push the pace. Super run, Jen!

LOL, @Lisa, my "scenery" at the gym was either a) an ongoing Zumba class, b) cruddy morning talk shows, or c) recaps on CNN of last night's debate. All were pretty snooze worthy and made me just want OFF the damn thing!
