Was all laced up and ready to go....then it starts pouring rain. WTH?? So, I schlepped myself to the gym, purely because I didn't want wet shoes to run in the next couple days :) This was basically meant to be an easy paced run. I even made mental note of the time at each mile, and figured out my splits. And I hate math! 9:27, 9:11, 8:39, 8:22. Oh and before the run I hit a couple machines: seated row, back extension, lat pulldowns.
