This happened very early this a.m., just getting around to logging it now. Dragged my ass out of bed when I was internally debating hitting the snooze button. I'm determined not to get off schedule with the weekend long runs, so just got 'er done. Slow humid slog, and did not look at the Garmin much at all. Lo & behold, no peeking= negative splits. Goes to show I shouldn't have paid attention to my pace the other night for my race! Ah well. Felt strong, so decided to grit my teeth and go FAST the last 1.42 of this. FUN!

Splits: 9:29, 9:21, 9:10, 8:57, 8:53, 8:46, 8:13, 7:56 (last .42) woo hoo!
