great Out & back w/ hills 3.25 mi 00:29 08:48 pace

After reading all the run logs this morning, I was fearful of getting out there in the heat/humidity. Shockingly, this felt great and went really well. Much of the run was in the shade, and the pace felt perfect. Yeah, shoulda been a tad slower, but I didn't overexert, so I think it's fine.

Doing the switcharoo of Long Run to Sunday now that I'm "officially" Half training. Saturdays will be short and slow miles. Not 100% sure if I'm going to do a LR tomorrow, having technically already done one with the 10 mi race Tuesday. Will be a game time decision if/when I wake up tomorrow morning I suppose :-) 8:40, 9:04, 8:47, 8:37 (last .25- the brutal HILL to my house....was gonna skip it, but Karen A. told me I need to do more hills, lol)
