This was from yesterday. Visited my PT for a quick strength/stretch session pre-race. Have been dealing with a tight ITB the past week, and was in a bit of a panic that it would become problematic during the race. Anywho, he quickly figured out why it was tight, we addressed the issue with a simple stretch, and I also did a strength workout, with light weights/reps. Funny thing is, I think the wall sits did NOT help for the race, as my glutes were killing by mile 7 and still are today. Oh well. On a side note, PT ran race as well and he killed it at 1:18. So jealous.
