Nothing wild & crazy today, just a walk to get the legs moving and loose. Couldn't fathom a 2nd day of complete rest, lol. Not sure I see the point in 2 rest days before a measly 5k, sorry Hal :-)

Great walk. Too much rest can actually create worse performance. I'd definitely try and do some easy runs with a few 1 minute bursts to race pace.
