great Melrose run 5 mi 00:43 08:33 pace

After finishing up the shoe purchase at Marathon Sports, took the new kicks for a spin around my old hood. We lived in Melrose when we were first married, it was cool to go past our old apartment and through downtown. Forgot about the Fellsway hill. And it was pretty damn hot out. But, the shoes felt awesome and did not allow for the 9:00 pace I meant to do. Oops :-) Splits: 8:36, 8:37, 8:43, 8:29, 8:24. No more runs again till the race on Saturday!
