Finally a run, after a week off! It felt sluggish, and it was hot out, but was still able to pull off a fairly decent pace (decent, for me, at least). And happy that the sore groin/hip wasn't awful on this run, I think taking that week off helped for sure. Not feeling very confident that I'll PR at my upcoming 10k, but certainly going to work my butt off the next 2 weeks and see what happens! Splits: 8:48, 8:34, 8:37, 8:24

Congrats to all who raced today. 3 DMers who PR'd at RTR and 2 more DMers with impressive marathon times today, in the heat. Very inspiring, and I feel lazy for ONLY running 4 today :-)
