Eh. Not the greatest. Nagging hip the past few days, and it didn't seem to let up on this run like I thought it would. Bah. Thinking the next 2 days I should rest it, and see how things feel on Sat. And of course, the psycho side of me is convinced I have a femoral stress fracture after too much Googling! Quick, someone tell me I'm being crazy!! :-)

Way to listen to it! Hope it's feeling better soon.

Good job and don't get too blah. And don't self-diagnose too much - who knows what you will convince yourself that you have.

I can't vouch for your saneness, but I'm sorry your hip is bothering you Jen.

taking a break will give the hip a chance to chill out a bit. Maybe some stretching instead

Hip issues...boo! I'm all to familiar w/them. Give it some rest (when you feel like you've given it rest enough, give it one more day!) and then TLC w/some good hip-opening yoga in a couple days.

Good listening to the hip. I know about those (although mine are caused by my back), and it's always good to give them a breather. Great miles and pace, though!
