My left calf/shin, which has been bothering me off and on since Dec., can't decide if it's about to get better or about to get worse. Going to back off for a week or two to see which direction to go...may need to rethink Racine HIM goals, which I'm okay with as long as I can get healthy.

    Don't you just hate that? I'm the same with my hamstring...one day it's good...the next it's bad again. You're so active in so many different areas, you've got a lot of cross training options!
