The course was truly amazing! I would definitely recommend putting it on your list of marathon races, though I hear we got lucky with having no rain! The funny thing about the times - I had no breathing difficulties - wasn't even breathing hard... in the end, it was the mileage that bit me. My legs just started cramping and I couldn't get them to move any faster. Dave - I think you were right about high mileage training...

Stunning result! INCREDIBLE! Jen you are truly AMAZING! What a performance! And here I was trying to convince you at dinner to go for sub 3:10 instead of your 3:15 plan. And then you didn't listen to me again :-) at the start when I told you to have a great race, you went out and blew away great! A 3:03 and a 1:27 half, just WOW! I didn't know I was eating my pre-race dinner with one of the elites. So great meeting you guys and then being able to hear about this phenomenal accomplishment!
