  2. RUN
tired GHS Track 5.07 mi 01:01 11:57 pace

  3. RUN
good Farmington Canal Trail 20.01 mi 03:54 11:41 pace

First 15 miles on the trail with the group and finished up the last five by myself in town. Weather was warm but mostly shady on the trail and as usual lots of stories and laughs with walk breaks. ... read more

  4. RUN
good Founders Hill 7.03 mi 01:30 12:48 pace

Super slow morning, very high humidity and foot sore from playing soccer for two hours last night. Still, made it up most of the hills running so I am getting it done.

    good Hamden/Yale 20.2 mi 03:39 10:50 pace

  9. RUN
    great Founders Hill/Wood Pond 10 mi 01:41 10:03 pace

  10. RUN
    great Griswold-Hills-Maple 9 mi 01:41 11:13 pace

A tiny bit less humid. We started off slow for three miles, then a fairly fast pace for three miles, walked a mile, ran a mile slow then sprinted at the end. Not much conversation - everyone was ti... read more

  11. RUN
    great Speedwork 5.58 mi 01:08 12:13 pace

  12. RUN
    great So G Orchards 12.17 mi 02:25 11:54 pace

Always a tough course and group members dropped off like flies with only two of us running the last 5 miles. The Woodland Street downhill was lots of fun but walked the last mile on Hopewell.

  18. RUN
good Founders Hill 6.32 mi 01:08 10:47 pace

Less walking so a better overall pace than last week but did not make it all the way up Overlook.
