  1. RUN
    good Town 6.06 mi 01:07 11:02 pace

A little tired probably because asthma made it difficult to get in enough oxygen. Decent pace, walk breaks need to be shorter but we get telling stories...

  2. RUN
    alright Speedwork 5.12 mi 01:00 11:40 pace

Super tired, so a not-so-speedy day. 2x400, 4x200, 4x300. Stayed under 2:00 for the 400 meter, but couldn't break 50 seconds on the 200 meter today.

  3. RUN
    good Hopewell 4 mi 00:38 09:30 pace

Felt surprisingly good after Saturday's long run

  4. RUN
good East Hartford out to Heather ... 17.56 mi 03:35 12:12 pace

Ran three miles solo at 9:45 pace then joined HMF for a couple of miles but ended up running most of it with a very good friend. Gorgeous day, good conversation, decent pace for a long run, post-ru... read more

  5. RUN
    good Hopewell 4.01 mi 00:38 09:30 pace

Gorgeous late summer morning run to shake out the kinks and nervous energy.

  6. RUN
good Founders Hill 7.17 mi 01:22 11:26 pace

Beautiful, clear morning. Added Evergreen into the route to lengthen the run. Right hamstring and hip are very tight and sore.

  7. RUN
    injured Town 10.54 mi 01:58 11:11 pace

Started out feeling fantastic but after five miles my right hamstring was screaming. Very humid which made my asthma worse.

  8. RUN
    good Speedwork 6.18 mi 01:21 13:06 pace

    4x100, 4x200, 4x400, 4x200, 4x100. Fun doing the shorter sprints but should slow jog instead of walking in between. Best pace :24 (100m), :49 (200m), 1:47 (400m)

  9. RUN
    great Buckingham/Case Mountain 13.5 mi 02:35 11:28 pace

Fun run, discovered the Charter Oak bike path - the downhills were awesome.

  10. RUN
    good Riverfront Scramble 3 3.11 mi 00:27 08:34 pace

The race only does gun time and my start was 20 seconds behind that. Placed third in age group, not a bad time for a crowded path which included a mile of trail.

  11. RUN
tired Founders Hill 6.33 mi 01:15 11:50 pace

Much more talking than running, emotionally exhausted. Seems to be this summer's theme.

  12. RUN
    good Town 7.02 mi 01:15 10:44 pace

Super humid which made it hard to get in enough oxygen.

  13. RUN
    good Speedwork 6.44 mi 01:19 12:11 pace

    I had to force myself out of bed but so glad I did. 3x (400x2, 800x1) with John on a muggy morning. 2:02, 1:57, 3:54, 1:49, 1:49, 3:47, 1:48, 1:49, 3:43. Last 800 meters was only 2 seconds above a ... read more

  14. RUN
great Vernon Trail 20.01 mi 03:21 10:02 pace

First five miles solo, next three with Jenny all at 9:15 pace. Last 12 miles with the bigger group but I did run ahead by myself at mile 13-14 and did those at 9:30 pace. Sprinted portions of the l... read more

  15. RUN
good Founders Hill 6.21 mi 01:14 11:52 pace

Too much talking, not enough running

  16. RUN
great Three Mile Road 6.05 mi 01:01 10:04 pace

Started out a little slow but hit a good groove about halfway through.

  17. RUN
    great Town 10.01 mi 01:43 10:17 pace

Best run in quite some time. Hip was only a little sore but left knee is really acting up again.

  18. RUN
    good Speedwork 7.25 mi 01:14 10:12 pace

    Felt surprisingly good but wasn't particularly speedy. 8x800 at 4:20, 4:00, 3:58, 4:11, 4:05, 4:00, 4:02, 3:48

  19. RUN
    good Neipsic/Bell/Hills 12.01 mi 02:14 11:09 pace

Felt really good until the downhill on Bushy Hill when the back of my right knee started to swell up. Finished the run strong with the last mile at a 9:00 pace.

  20. RUN
tired Founders Hill 6.55 mi 01:30 13:44 pace

One of my worst runs in a long time. Beautiful morning but legs were stiff, I was lightheaded and exhausted. Was able to run up all the hills but walked most of the rest.
