    Leg is feeling so much better but lungs are still congested. Was able to run up all the hills but needed walk time to catch my breath.

    Perfect morning for a run but wow - what a hilly course. No PR but the small field meant that I came in first (of 9) in my age group.

    Felt bad at mile 2, worse at mile 4, dizzy by mile 9. Started to feel better after getting coconut water at mile 11 and pulled this one out. So excited to be in Boston!

    Ran with the faster group for a couple of miles then John and I took a walk break and finished up at a more comfortable pace. Still cold but the sunshine was bright.

    The weather is conspiring to enforce a rest but I snuck out in the afternoon for a solo run. Windy but not too cold. Right hip/leg felt quite stiff and very sore when done.
