    Another run in the cold early morning to relieve stress. Right hip slightly better - no pain until mile 3.

    Mentally not ready for this race. Garmin failed at mile 5 but used RunKeeper for approximate pace. Nearly even splits - 2:00:15 and 2:01:00. Stomach cramps at mile 19.

    Very tired and grumpy when I woke up at 4:15 but forced myself out the door. Weather cold but no wind. This run took more energy than the pace shows but I am glad I did it.
