  3. RUN
alright Kentucky Derby Marathon 26.23 mi 04:12 09:35 pace

Cool and drizzly with a downpour at mile 11 left me cold and muscles very tight. On track for 4:04 through mile 19 but tanked mentally the last few miles.

  4. RUN
    great Founders 4.21 mi 00:43 10:15 pace

    Very sluggish feeling

  11. RUN

  12. RUN
good South Glastonbury 20.01 mi 03:23 10:07 pace

Struggled a bit around mile 13-16 but finished strong with the last mile at 9:08 pace. Hip and hamstring sore, left knee almost numb.

  13. RUN
good Three Mile Road 5.37 mi 00:51 09:27 pace

Only needed capris and a long sleeve tee shirt - first time in months! Worked fairly hard for a not so impressive pace but I find it much harder to run after work. Happy to get the miles in.

  17. RUN
tired Brittany Road 5.01 mi 00:54 10:48 pace

Legs still tired from the marathon, some walking and then slow running. Cold, dark morning.

  18. RUN
blah Savin Rock Marathon 26.2 mi 04:33 10:24 pace

Snowed through 18 miles, roads were slushy and hilly. First half at 2:05 but fell apart the second half looking for a bathroom and battling cramps from mile 18 on. Not mentally prepared for this ra... read more
