  1. RUN
    great Founders 6.75 mi 01:25 12:35 pace

Cool start, ran fairly well but walked up the hills with lots of talking and laughing. Leg feels much better. Explored trail to East Carriage at the end so last half mile took 20 minutes

  2. RUN
    great Town 5.01 mi 00:53 10:34 pace

Left leg felt heavy and stiff but managed a decent pace today

  3. RUN
    tired Track 4 mi 00:49 12:15 pace

Not supposed to be running at all this week so walked most with several laps at a slow run. Glad to be outside

  4. RUN
alright Founders Hill 5 mi 00:54 10:42 pace

Three glasses of wine and no dinner do not make for a strong performance but turned out a little better than expected

  5. RUN
    great Town 5 mi 00:55 11:03 pace

Some walking but ran at a decent pace, finished up with a strong sprint and a laugh

  6. RUN
blah Bike Path 10 mi 01:48 10:48 pace

Terrible stomach cramps at mile 3, dizzy at mile 6. Was glad to finish, went home and slept most of the weekend

  7. RUN
great Founders Hill 6.21 mi 01:09 11:06 pace

Perfect morning, felt strong and made it up all the hills running except for Overlook. Lots of laughs too. A morning like this is why I run.

  8. RUN
    great Town 5.02 mi 01:07 13:20 pace

Threat of rain but the skies waited to open until I had gotten back in my car. John and I walked the first half then ran sub 10, finishing the last quarter mile at a 7:45 pace - felt great, glutes ... read more

  9. RUN
great Bike Path 10.28 mi 02:10 12:38 pace

Beautiful morning, easy 10:00 pace running with plenty of walk and chat breaks. Someday we will get back to training but right now this feels good.

  10. RUN
    good Town 5.04 mi 00:56 11:09 pace

A bit chilly, just the two of us at a faster pace than in recent weeks but several walk breaks. Breathing difficult but the friendship made the morning worthwhile. Pretty sunrise at the start, but ... read more

  11. RUN
alright Mystic Half Marathon 13.17 mi 02:06 09:34 pace

Felt pretty good for the first 7-8 miles then hit the wall. Course much hillier than anticipated, not enough nutrition or hydration the week before and too many things weighing on my mind.

  12. RUN
    great Town 9.21 mi 01:48 11:43 pace

Beautiful morning, fun run, great breakfast, heart wrenching meeting afterwards

  13. RUN
great Founders Hill 5.11 mi 01:10 13:41 pace

Early meetings so cut it short today with lots of walking. Still coughing a lot

  14. RUN
    great Town 5 mi 00:59 11:48 pace

Not our fastest but we did spend more time running than walking today. Much happiness during and after

  15. RUN
    good Boulevard/Hills/Long Hill 10.2 mi 02:10 12:44 pace

Good morning although drizzly, good conversation

  16. RUN
    alright Founders 6.5 mi 01:10 10:46 pace

Colder than expected, felt okay until a chance remark at mile 3 hit me hard and I struggled the remainder of the run.

??? You are awesome. I'm sorry something caused you to struggle, though. :-( Really solid run, no matter. Take care, my friend.

  17. RUN
    blah Track 5 mi 01:00 12:00 pace

Huffing and puffing, felt like I had two left feet. Got in 1x800 and 2x200 barely breaking 9:00 pace. Just not feeling it.

  18. RUN
    good Neipsic/Williams Park 8 mi 01:31 11:22 pace

    Pretty morning, nice easy run

  19. RUN
great Founders Hill 6.18 mi 01:32 14:49 pace

Leg is feeling so much better but lungs are still congested. Was able to run up all the hills but needed walk time to catch my breath.

  20. RUN
good Middletown Half Marathon 13.22 mi 02:07 09:34 pace

Perfect morning for a run but wow - what a hilly course. No PR but the small field meant that I came in first (of 9) in my age group.
