  1. RUN
great Founders Hill 6.18 mi 01:32 14:49 pace

Leg is feeling so much better but lungs are still congested. Was able to run up all the hills but needed walk time to catch my breath.

  2. RUN
good Middletown Half Marathon 13.22 mi 02:07 09:34 pace

Perfect morning for a run but wow - what a hilly course. No PR but the small field meant that I came in first (of 9) in my age group.

blah Boston Marathon 26.39 mi 04:29 10:11 pace

Felt bad at mile 2, worse at mile 4, dizzy by mile 9. Started to feel better after getting coconut water at mile 11 and pulled this one out. So excited to be in Boston!

    Shake out before Boston

  6. RUN
great Founders Hill 6.4 mi 01:35 14:50 pace

  7. RUN
    good Town 4 mi 00:39 09:47 pace

Forecast was for pouring rain but once again the weatherman was wrong. Solo run, first three miles at 10:00 pace and pushed it to MP for the last mile. Back was very stiff at the start and right le... read more

Much colder and more windy than I expected

  9. RUN
good Buttonball neighborhood 8 mi 01:30 11:15 pace

Ran with the faster group for a couple of miles then John and I took a walk break and finished up at a more comfortable pace. Still cold but the sunshine was bright.

    Warm-up and cool down

  11. RUN
    good Tall Timbers/Buttonball 5.1 mi 00:49 09:36 pace

The weather is conspiring to enforce a rest but I snuck out in the afternoon for a solo run. Windy but not too cold. Right hip/leg felt quite stiff and very sore when done.

  12. RUN
alright Founders Hill 5.69 mi 01:10 12:18 pace

    Tired morning

good Olde STage 4 mi 00:39 09:38 pace

Getting my angst out - solo Easter run, reflective time but ended up getting a happy text to finish the distance.

  16. RUN
    great Neipsic/Bike Path 10.67 mi 02:18 12:56 pace

When we ran, it was a 9:30 pace but there was a lot of walking. A wonderful morning, topped off by breakfast. It's much more fun when I'm not worrying about pace.

  17. RUN
alright Founders Hill 6.35 mi 01:13 11:29 pace

Another slow, stiff morning with lots of walking
