    Struggled a bit around mile 13-16 but finished strong with the last mile at 9:08 pace. Hip and hamstring sore, left knee almost numb.

    Only needed capris and a long sleeve tee shirt - first time in months! Worked fairly hard for a not so impressive pace but I find it much harder to run after work. Happy to get the miles in.

    Quick Saturday run before Whole Foods, trying to complete 100 miles for March. Snow and sleet in the last couple of miles but felt really good except for left knee.

    Amazing what a difference a day makes. Tired by the end of the run but the sun and warmer weather made me feel like I was flying even though pace wasn't fast.

    Over tired, stressed out and right hip hurting. Temperature in the mid 30s but strong cold wind. Not happy with pace and felt very sluggish.

    Mentally not ready for this race. Garmin failed at mile 5 but used RunKeeper for approximate pace. Nearly even splits - 2:00:15 and 2:01:00. Stomach cramps at mile 19.
