    Aleve and ice last night so while my left side was tight it wasn't as painful. Quiet, introspective morning while the guys chatted.

    Left glute/hamstring really bothering me and the heat sapped all my energy so cut this a little short. Last couple miles were spent walking and talking, glad for the company of a fellow runner

    Really pleased with this long run. Just Tracey and I so we didn't goof off. Did a one minute walk every mile starting at mile 3. Running pace averaged 9:15.
