    Four repeats. Pretty tired but wanted to get in a run before the blizzard makes running impossible.

    Trouble regulating heart rate and breathing and had to take several walk breaks. Puzzling since I felt good otherwise physically and mentally.

    It felt good to really push the pace on this run. Every mile was sub 9:00, best was 8:25 at mile 6 and the last quarter mile at 7:23 pace. New PR at the 10K distance!
