    First spin class in a while!!! Definitely felt it but LOVED the instructor. She normally teaches Monday at 6am. Gonna try hard to make her classes. Leg/calf felt just fine!!!

      Yes B. I needed to go slower. He advised me to run what I could if I didnt have pain which i havent been. its just minor but super annoying. I did take walk breaks here abd there which is what I did not mention so that pace is probably not accurate. Thanks for looking out for me.

      Even if someone advises you to run it really means jog and not run and take baby steps. You don't run fast even with walking breaks. You run extremely slow which means going down slow to 11:30-12:00 speed. Else frankly injuries will be looking out for you and not me!
