      The HIIT dvds are seriously hardcore!! Great job! I definitely recommend a warmup before hand.

      You are right! Very intense--but fun! I just hope I will improve the more practice I get. I feel like a spaz flailing around my living room. Not nealry as cool or coordinated as the girls in the video! Hahaa!
