      Patty....I posted an awesome video on my Fb page - it is about Pistol squats and how improve on them. I practice by holding on to something with one hand to improve my balance and I go as deep as I can while keeping my balance. I am seeing improvements!! I am going to start using my TRX to help as well....

      Thanks all. Knees are somewhat better this morning but I feel as if I really need to go back and see the doctor....it is just getting worse. Ugh....

      Hoping for a long walk/run today along with an easy hike with the family today.

      Jen, I don't know you personally but I do know how you feel. I ran my last marathon in December (Las Vegas... one I do not recommend). I took maybe a little too much time off, especially regarding cross training and I feel so out of shape now. I think it happens to everyone at some point, you just got to dig yourself out and take it one day at a time. My runs are feeling easier now thank God! The good part is I believe it's easier to get back into it after a break than it was to start!
